Delivery Information
We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and reliable as possible. Please see our delivery details below:
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). As we dispatch parcels Monday through Saturday, orders are prepared promptly so they can be sent on the next available dispatch day.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, and orders placed before 5pm will usually be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Services
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail:
- Tracked 48 – our standard delivery option
- Tracked 24 – our express delivery option
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3–4 working days from the time of order. This includes processing, packaging, and delivery by the courier. Please note this is an average estimate and may vary during busy periods.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver within the UK only.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Postage Costs
- Free standard delivery on all orders over £25
- Delivery costs for orders under £25 will be calculated at checkout
Additional Information

- During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible
- Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses
